CAA / Pollution Probe Three Point Plan

CAA and Pollution Probe have partnered to develop a report on climate change. The report is an interdisciplinary examination of how mobility and roads impact climate change, and what we can do to slow the process. A core element in the report is to encourage a reduction in emissions produced by burning fuel.

The amount of fuel burned depends on three primary factors:

CAA and Pollution Probe advise an Eco-Mobility approach to address each of these factors. Eco-Mobility is about changing our approach to automobile use and transportation to better support the environment.

CAA and Pollution Probe have a three-point Eco-Mobility plan for our government:

  1. Eco-Driving (fuel conserving driving habits, use of more efficient transportation options)
  2. Safer Roads (safer roads and highways that lead to safer, more efficient motoring)
  3. Fuel Efficient Automobiles (improving automobile fuel efficiency reduces emissions)
