Submit the completed application form along with the following attachments:

Two photographs of the vehicle
(one showing the front and right side and the second the rear and left side)
Two signed passport size photographs of the applicant
A copy of the vehicle registration/permit document (both sides)
A copy of your passport (2 facing pages with picture and expiry date)
Application fee (See below)

Fees for Canadian residents (non-refundable)

$577.50 ($27.50 GST included) for CAA members
$682.50 ($32.50 GST included) for CAA non-members. Not a Member? Join now!

Only Visa and MasterCard accepted for fees.

$550.00 for AAA Members
$650.00 for AAA non-members

Once your application has been reviewed, you will also need to supply a Financial Guarantee.
