CAA partners with Enterprise Holdings, world’s largest car rental company

CAA Members receive exclusive discounts from Enterprise, National and Alamo brands

Ottawa, ON – The Canadian Automobile Association (CAA) announced a new partnership today that brings CAA Members discounts on car rentals and other exclusive features from Enterprise Holdings, which operates in more than 90 countries under the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands.

“CAA is dedicated to helping our Members get great rates when they travel, regardless of where they go and what mode of transportation they choose,” said Jeff Walker, Chief Strategy Officer. “We set high standards for our partners, and we chose Enterprise Holdings, because they are known for their excellent customer service, affordable prices and variety and availability of vehicles.”

In addition to discounts, the agreement also includes additional features including up to two free car rental days from Enterprise Rent-A-Car if a CAA Premier Member’s vehicle requires a tow.

“The next time you call CAA for a tow and need alternative transportation, we’ll arrange for a mid-size rental for two consecutive days at no charge at participating Enterprise Rent-A-Car locations in Canada,” said Walker.

CAA Members will receive special Member discounted rates at Enterprise, National and Alamo locations worldwide. In addition, CAA Members renting in Canada or the United States are eligible for discounts on GPS rentals, a free child safety seat at airport locations and 10 per cent off prepaid fuel service options. CAA Members can also earn CAA Dollars on qualifying rentals that can be redeemed for future car rental needs or for vacation packages, travel merchandise, membership renewal and more.

“We look forward to working with and serving CAA Members,” said Steve Short, Vice President at Enterprise Holdings. “In addition to great discounts and outstanding value, they can expect excellent selection and service when they visit any Enterprise, National or Alamo car rental location.”

To take advantage of the exclusive CAA car rental benefits, CAA Members should visit caa.ca/carrental to book their next vehicle.

CAA Members are able to receive discounts at more than 9,900 car rental locations worldwide. These discounts add to the over 160,000 partner locations across North America where CAA Members can get discounts. Through the CAA Rewards® program, Members get exclusive savings as part of their membership.
