NIAGARA FALLS, ON – CAA Travel, one of the largest Canadian leisure travel agency networks, has presented suppliers with 2015 Partner of the Year awards in recognition of their commitment to provide exemplary travel products and services.
The awards were unveiled at the annual CAA Travel and Rewards Vision Conference held September 23 in Niagara Falls.
The award selection process entails satisfaction surveys and evaluations from CAA Club travel agency executives, frontline travel consultants and travel marketing associates. Preferred travel suppliers are evaluated on seven criteria: marketing support, customer service, product, member benefits, technology, sales and training.
This year, recognition awards were given in three categories. The recipients were:

2015 CAA Partner of the Year, Ocean Cruise Category: Celebrity Cruises
2015 CAA Partner of the Year, Land-based Vacations Category: Member Choice Vacations
CAA Travel’s preferred suppliers offer exclusive benefits and discounts to Members through their local CAA Clubs via 120 full-service travel store locations across the country. CAA Travel services include the sale of worldwide air, cruise and rail tickets; escorted tours and independent tour arrangements; hotel and car rental reservations, a variety of travel insurance programs and the increasingly popular selection of special products with enhanced Member benefits sold within the CAA Vacations program.
