The Canadian Automobile Association (CAA) is one of the largest consumer-based organizations in Canada. We help provide freedom and peace of mind to over 6 million Members through eight non-profit automobile Clubs and over 100 offices located across the country.
CAA provides access to an impressive and ever-expanding range of innovative and reliable services that allow you to travel with confidence — wherever life happens to take you — from your own backyard to just about anywhere your heart desires.
Your CAA Club offers exceptional Emergency Roadside Service, complete Automotive and Travel Services, Member Savings and comprehensive Insurance Services. We’re here for you while advocating on behalf of Canada’s travelling public.
The mission of the Association is to enhance Clubs’ ability to better serve the Members and to prosper as a national organization. CAA’s National Office executes the vision and strategic plan of the National Board in service of this mission.
Lead by a President, CAA National Office provides support to the eight non-profit CAA Clubs, co-ordinates joint initiatives and planning, organizes the Association’s Annual Meeting, and is responsible for the national public affairs activities of the federation.
Member services are delivered by the Clubs and not by National Office.
CAA has been advocating on behalf of our Members and the travelling public for over 100 years. We conduct extensive research among our Members to ensure we know what is important to them.
