The mission of the Association is to enhance Clubs’ ability to better serve the Members and to prosper as a national organization. CAA’s National Office executes the vision and strategic plan of the National Board in service of this mission.
Lead by a President, CAA National Office provides support to the nine CAA Clubs, co-ordinates joint initiatives and planning, organizes the Association’s Annual Meeting, and is responsible for the national public affairs activities of the federation.
Member services are delivered by the Clubs and not by National Office.
CAA has been advocating on behalf of our Members and the travelling public for over 100 years. We conduct extensive research among our Members to ensure we know what is important to them. CAA National advocates on their behalf federally, with our nine clubs representing Members on provincial and municipal levels.
