Royal Caribbean International, AmaWaterways, Trafalgar and Rocky Mountaineer have taken home best-in-class awards at CAA’s annual travel and rewards conference.
For over a decade, CAA has used the collective experience of its several hundred travel advisors to pick the best in the travel industry, based on their quality product, level of service and support for CAA Members and CAA travel advisors. Winners of the 2019 Partner of the Year awards are:
- Partner of the year award in the ocean cruise category: Royal Caribbean International
- Partner of the year award in the tour category: Trafalgar
- Partner of the year award in the river cruise category: AmaWaterways
“CAA is committed to providing the best service to our members. These awards recognize CAA partners who share this devotion and commitment to providing exceptional experiences for our Members,” says Jeff Walker, CAA National Chief Strategy Officer.
In addition to the Partner of the Year award, CAA also gave out two Travel Advisor Choice awards. CAA has just over 400 travel advisors across 135 locations in Canada. Based on popular vote, two partners stood out to our group of advisors: Rocky Mountaineer and Trafalgar.
Rocky Mountaineer took home Best Customer Service by a Supplier. The award recognizes a travel partner who is committed to working with CAA at the front line by supporting and educating the CAA travel advisor community. Trafalgar won the Best CAA Vacations® Partner award, for the support they offer and the overall value they bring to CAA travel advisors who book CAA Vacations® packages.
CAA uses surveys and evaluations from across the association’s travel teams to select the winners. The awards were presented on October 2nd, 2019 in Ottawa.
